At the workshop, we will briefly introduce the participants to: • what is felting, • what felting techniques we know (wet, dry, combinations of techniques), • how dry felting is done and what it is most often used for. After the introductory presentation, we will conduct a short practical dry felting workshop, where participants will try out the basic technique of shaping wool themselves. How to perform dry felting: Dry felting is done using special felting needles that have tiny notches on their surface. These notches pull the wool fibers together with repeated piercing, which causes the wool to start to connect, thicken and form into a solid structure. Dates: 4.12,11.12 and 18.12.2025
