You are cordially invited to the opening of Tara Kek’s solo exhibition Konča se s peskom, which will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the artKIT exhibition space. Designed as a two-part narrative, the exhibition leads from the present into a potential future through a unique emotional experience that shakes the hourglass of reality. It invites critical reflection on current social structures and inequalities in which we live.

It gathers a world that we co-create, often unconsciously but inevitably, and holds up a “mirror” to individual vulnerability, the bitter cracks in systems, and the carved feelings of constraint that arise from the pressures of contemporary time and society – its hierarchy, exploitation, fatigue, fragility, and tension accumulating within it.
