Boštjan Lah presents 25 backstage photographs from the jubilee 60th Borštnikovo srečanje Festival.
The long-time photographer, who documents the urban, street, and artistic pulse of Maribor, captures the preparations of performances, the work of actors, directors, and stage crew under the auspices of the Maribor Puppet Theatre and SNG Maribor. His dynamic photographs, imbued with a sense of collectivity and individual expression, invite viewers to explore meaning. The backstage reveals transitions, tension, and the creative energy of fleeting moments. With a contemporary visual style rooted in street photography, Lah brings movement, light, and emotion to life, blending the intimacy of theatre with the immediacy of the street.

The exhibition is open every day during the festival.
