Dežela žalostnih psov(k)
Dežela žalostnih psov(k) is a journey through the landscapes of the relationship between sons and mothers. At crossroads, two bodies meet—youth and old age, city and countryside, man and woman. Between farewells and returns, submission and liberation, mother and son continuously search for each other.
The performance does not speak through words; instead, it assembles images, artefacts, and movement phrases to express the emotions that permeate glances, touches, and silences between mother and son. It is a story of growing up and the scars that remain. A story of the unbearable burdens imposed by family. A story of two bodies that relentlessly bark at one another, only to finally come together in the end.
