In just three years of existence, RANR have become one of the most recognizable, breakthrough, and exciting bands on the new wave of the Slovenian music scene. The creative core of the group is the exceptional synergy between charismatic and distinctive vocalist Neli Lalović — author of most of the lyrics — and top musicians: Dominik Širovnik on guitar, Tadej Klojčnik on bass, Marko Matjašič on keyboards, and Marko Bera on drums. Together they create a powerful, confident, and highly recognizable sound that firmly places them among the most promising acts on the local scene.

Genre boundaries don’t interest them — RANR boldly blend rhythms and influences into a colorful, modern musical mosaic that fuses indie pop, soul, R&B, hip hop, and alt rock. Their signature approach is built on refined instrumental harmony and the expressive, emotionally charged voice of Neli Lalović. With original, thoughtful, and surprisingly relevant lyrics, they address pressing issues of the modern world and subtly explore the boundaries between inner experience and external reality.

A pop-rock band from the Slovenian coast who have been shaking stages across Slovenia continuously for 35 years. They constantly navigate between (self-)ironic critique of the modern world, existential questions, the glorification of the bizarre, and wild celebration — doing it all in a unique, intelligent, and inimitable way, above all honestly.

They are the authors of numerous hits such as Bit (Smisel življenja), Sentiš-navadni, YO!, Kaj nam fali?, Čau sonček, Ko pogledam to nebo, Batman, Poredni gosti, Gravitacija (Več kot spijemo, boljši smo), and many more. This year they released their eleventh album titled PLUS, which, for the first time in the world, also came out in a can.
