27th Children’s Folkart – Mexico
The Danza para México folk group brings Mexican tradition and vibrancy to life through energetic folk dances.
The group Danza para México was founded in 2012 with the aim of contributing to the development of children and young people through dance, mainly in the state of Coahuila. It includes more than 50 dancers across children’s, youth, and adult categories.
Since its foundation, the group has participated in local festivals, traditional Mexican celebrations, and state festivals such as the Julio Torri Festival and Carmen de Amor.
They have also taken part in national festivals like Vallarta Azteca and the Sembrando Traditions Festival, as well as international festivals in El Salvador, Ecuador, Colombia, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Croatia.
