Inara duo
Pianists Ina Krajnc and Klara Lužnik impress with exceptional ensemble cohesion, international awards, and a rapidly growing concert career.
Pianists Ina Krajnc and Klara Lužnik met in 2016 at the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Maribor, where they both successfully completed their secondary music education. Since 2020, they have continued their musical path at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, where they graduated in June 2024—Ina under the mentorship of Prof. Till Fellner and Klara under Prof. Zuzana Niederdorfer.
As a duo, they have been active since 2021 in the piano duo class of Sivan Silver and Gil Garburg. Since October 2024, they have continued their master’s studies in piano duo performance under their guidance.
In March 2023, they won the absolute first prize and a special award for interpretation of Alexander Scriabin’s Fantasy for Two Pianos at the TEMSIG competition. In November 2024, they received first prize at the International Piano Competition in Rome, and in December of the same year won the Martha Debelli scholarship competition at their university.
In October 2025, they successfully passed the audition for the Piano-Piano Academy 2025/2026 in Paris, which offers piano duos advanced training with renowned pianists and pedagogues. In the same month, they performed a solo recital in Verona. In November 2025, they won the 11th International Competition Premio Internazionale Giangrandi-Eggman, receiving an ex aequo first prize.
Over the past year, they have performed solo recitals at festivals both in Slovenia and abroad. In December 2025, they were selected for the Ilmari Hannikainen International Piano Chamber Music Competition 2026, taking place in February and March 2026 in Jyväskylä, Finland, and at the end of April 2026 they will embark on a solo tour in Sicily, Italy.
