The Maribor synagogue is a simple rectangular building, predominantly made of stone. Its southern side is set against the city wall, supported by three stepped Gothic buttresses that continue in the form of pilasters to the top of the building with a cornice.

The spaces of the Vetrinj House are intended for the project (scheduled) use by cultural and educational organizations and independent creators, as well as for programmatic (permanent) use. The latter allows exclusive use of the space by a single cultural organization for a period of 3 years based on the program of work submitted and selected in the call for proposals.
