Family Estate Gora pod lipo

On Tinjska Gora above Slovenska Bistrica, surrounded by vineyards and forests on the slopes of Pohorje, Gora pod lipo Family Estate combines regional cooking with family winemaking. Run by Lena Klinar and Primož Gregorčič, the estate reflects their experience in hospitality and tourism. Its traditional Pohorje farmhouse, with a fireplace room, preserves the atmosphere of rural Slovenia while introducing a contemporary approach to local food.

The kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients from local producers, bringing new interpretations to traditional Slovenian dishes. A speciality is the tasting menus prepared for private groups, paired with wines from the family's vineyards. The estate produces fresh, aged and skin-contact white wines as well as sparkling wines, using indigenous yeasts from its own vineyards in the winemaking process.

Guided tastings in the vaulted wine cellar introduce the estate's wines alongside homemade delicacies or selected seasonal dishes. Gora pod lipo also hosts private celebrations and business gatherings. Visits and dining experiences are arranged in advance, offering a personal introduction to the food and wine culture of the Pohorje region.
