Polek – Coffee and Treats

On Tyrševa Street in central Maribor, Polek – Coffee and Treats combines a café and wine shop with a changing selection of drinks and small bites. Rather than following a fixed list, the offering varies with seasonal coffees, wines and other beverages. It is a place for a morning coffee as well as an informal meeting over wine.

Coffee is a particular focus, with specialty espresso blends and single-origin beans alongside filter coffee and cold brew. The menu also features a macchiato with coconut milk foam. For a quick bite, there are croissants and sourdough bagels, including a vegetarian option with cream cheese, rocket and tomato.

The wine shop showcases Slovenian and international wines, sparkling wines and Champagne, complemented by delicatessen products. Craft beer is also part of the changing selection. Polek's take-home concept means that many products served in the café can also be purchased to take away or through its online shop. The venue brings coffee culture and wine discovery together in Maribor's city centre.
