Rooster Coffee

On Gosposka Street in central Maribor, Rooster Coffee combines a café with the local Tovarna kave coffee roastery. Its focus is freshly roasted specialty coffee made from carefully selected beans sourced from different coffee-growing regions. The roastery values traceability, responsible sourcing and roasting techniques that bring out each coffee's distinctive aromas.

The drinks menu ranges from espresso and cappuccino to filter coffee and cold brew, alongside seasonal coffee creations. For breakfast or a light lunch, the café serves bagels and smoothie bowls made with fruit, vegetables, superfoods and house-made granola. An extended brunch selection is offered at weekends. Fresh desserts include banana bread, house cheesecake and vegan tarts.
