Homemade sausages, freshly baked bread, apple strudel and estate wines in the hills near Maribor.

In Vodole above Malečnik, among the vineyards of Slovenske gorice, Emil Tourist Farm is run by the Bračko family. Located along the Maribor Wine Tourist Road, it offers a rural setting close to the city. The younger generation continues the family tradition, with Špela preparing traditional food and Urška focusing on the vineyards and wine.

The kitchen specialises in traditional Styrian farmhouse dishes, including sausages with sauerkraut, grain sausages, smoked sausages and cured meats. Freshly baked homemade bread accompanies the meals, while apple strudel is a signature dessert. Drinks include wines from the family's cellar, sparkling wine, spirits and apple juice. The estate's wines are also available to purchase.

The farm provides overnight accommodation for guests staying longer in the countryside. A nearby viewpoint overlooks Maribor, and walking and cycling routes lead through the surrounding vineyards. Homemade meals are mainly served at weekends, with advance booking recommended.
