On Plački vrh beside the Slovenian-Austrian border, Vinotoč pri razglednem stolpu stands around 70 metres from a 28-metre wooden lookout tower. Built in 2000, the tower offers views towards Slovenske gorice, Prekmurje, Croatia and Austria's Koralpe mountains. The wine tavern is part of this hilltop setting and its cross-border wine landscape.
The wine selection includes Yellow Muscat, Sauvignon and Riesling, with Blaufränkisch also listed. The kitchen is known for game goulash and platters of cured meats, alongside homemade juices and syrups. The farm also keeps wildlife, and deer, fallow deer and mouflons can be seen on visits arranged in advance.
A play area and meadow provide space for families, while a hayrack and summer kitchen can host larger gatherings. Close to the end of Austria's South Styrian Wine Road, the tavern combines regional food and wine with walking and cycling in the border hills.
