Poper

On Maribor's Main Square, Poper is a restaurant and bar set in an 18th-century building. Its contemporary interior incorporates furniture with a patina and details that reflect the house's history. Part of the Rožmarin Hospitality Group, it brings together coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and drinks in the heart of the old town.

The kitchen takes inspiration from Mediterranean and Italian cooking, using selected ingredients, including locally sourced produce. The current offer highlights pizza and pasta, alongside other à la carte dishes. The menu changes through the day, from coffee and a light bite to a fuller evening meal.
