On Žitna Street in Maribor, Holmes Pub has been welcoming guests since 2001. Inspired by traditional English pubs, it combines a relaxed atmosphere with a wide choice of beers. The selection includes draught and bottled varieties from local, Slovenian and international breweries, offering opportunities to discover different brewing styles.
Food is another part of the experience through Pub Dine, a dining concept based on traditional pub dishes designed for sharing. Its eight-course menu, served in three stages, is available by advance reservation for groups of at least six people. Another speciality is tarte flambée, a thin Alsatian flatbread offered with meat, fish or vegetarian toppings.
The pub offers indoor seating and an outdoor terrace for drinks and informal gatherings. With early weekday opening hours and service until late evening, Holmes Pub combines the character of a neighbourhood café with that of a traditional pub.
