Maribor Brewery

On Vetrinjska Street in central Maribor, Maribor Brewery continues the city's tradition of lager brewing. Renovated and modernised in 2018, the brewery uses Slovenian hops and malt from a Styrian malt producer. Its focus is on unfiltered beers that showcase different interpretations of lager.

The core range includes light, dark and green unfiltered lagers. The light lager has subtle fruity notes, while the dark version offers flavours reminiscent of roasted coffee and caramel. The distinctive green lager continues a local brewing tradition. Radler and occasional pale ales extend the selection.

The beers can be enjoyed in the beer garden at La Cantina Center, where guests can pour their own drinks using special fast taps. Beer sausages and the restaurant's food menu complement the selection. The brewery brings together local beer production and the social experience of a beer garden in Maribor's old town.
