DLUM Gallery is located at 10 Židovska Street in Maribor's old town, close to the synagogue and Jewish Square. It is run by the Maribor Association of Fine Artists, bringing together artists from the Styria and Carinthia regions. Its exhibitions cover painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, design and new media, featuring association members alongside guest artists from Slovenia and abroad.
The association traces its roots to the Grohar Art Club, whose first exhibition was opened by Rudolf Maister in 1920. A central event is the annual members' exhibition, where a professional jury selects artists for awards. The programme also includes solo and thematic shows, as well as exchanges with other artists' associations.
The gallery forms part of the Židovska Cultural Quarter, where visual arts, photography and Jewish heritage share a small historic neighbourhood. Changing exhibitions introduce different generations and artistic approaches, while continuing Maribor's long tradition of artist-led cultural activity.
