Once the administrative centre of the Salzburg Archdiocese, this is a notable Baroque mansion.
Salzburški dvor (Salzburg Mansion) on Vetrinjska Street 16 once housed the administration of the Salzburg Archdiocese’s estates. The medieval building acquired its Baroque appearance in the 17th and 18th centuries.
Its ornate facade dates to around 1725; stucco also decorates the interior.
In the 18th century it hosted social gatherings; from 1834 to 1864 a German reading society.
