Pohorje Village Wellbeing Resort packages combine a gondola ride from Maribor with selected services on Pohorje. Options include swimming at WellNest, saunas, dinner with drinks and a picnic. Two options also include three hours of electric bike rental.
Working hours
Advance notification by phone or email is required before purchase. Packages are purchased at the ticket office at the lower station of the Pohorska vzpenjača gondola. Services are available during the opening hours of each activity.
Swimming pool: daily, including weekends and public holidays, from 12:00 to 20:00.
Sauna World:
– 16 March–13 December 2026: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 14:00 to 20:00;
– 14 December 2026–14 March 2027: daily, from 14:00 to 20:00.

City Municipality of Maribor residents must present an identity document at the Pohorska vzpenjača ticket office to qualify for the reduced price.
A gondola ride to Pohorje
The packages combine a ride on the Pohorska vzpenjača gondola from Maribor to Pohorje with views of the city and wine-growing hills. Wellness and dinner packages include a return ride. Their descriptions also include parking at the lower gondola station.
Swimming and saunas at WellNest
Swimming packages include a pool with natural Pohorje water, a massage pool heated to 34 °C, a relaxation area and a terrace overlooking the forest. A children’s playroom is next to the pool.
Sauna packages include Sauna World: a Finnish sauna at 90 °C, a chromotherapy sauna at 75 °C, a Turkish steam bath at 45 °C, an aromatic steam bath at 50 °C, an ice room, a cooling Kneipp pool, a whirlpool, a tepidarium and a terrace.
The swimming and sauna package combines both WellNest areas. Sauna admission is restricted to adults.
Dinner
Dinner packages include a meal at the Bolfenk restaurant and unlimited drinks. The restaurant’s culinary offering is led by chef Gregor Jager.
Picnics and electric bikes
A gondola and picnic basket package is available for a minimum of two people. Two additional options include electric bike rental and a standard or premium picnic basket.
