A reservoir in the Pesnica Valley where fishing heritage meets the natural habitat of waterbirds.

Lake Radehova lies beside the village of Radehova, near Lenart in the Slovenske gorice hills. Created by damming the Globovnica stream, it forms part of a series of reservoirs in the Pesnica Valley. Surrounded by meadows, waterside vegetation and low hills, the lake is a popular place for walks and nature observation.

The lake has a long tradition of recreational fishing. Fish species associated with its waters include catfish, carp, pike and zander, and particularly large catfish have been caught here in the past. The Pesnica - Lenart Fishing Association manages the lake, fishing areas and maintenance of the surroundings. One section is designated as a quiet zone where fishing is prohibited.

Waterbirds are another distinctive feature of the lake. Mallards and mute swans can be seen on the water, while overgrown sections of the shoreline provide shelter for birds. The lakeside embankment connects with walking routes towards Radehova and the surrounding countryside. The lake brings together fishing heritage, outdoor recreation and the natural landscape of Slovenske gorice.
