On Maribor's historic Lent riverfront, beside a grapevine more than 450 years old, the Old Vine House Wine Shop is part of the renewed Oldest Vine experience. Outside grows the Žametovka grapevine, recognised by Guinness World Records as the oldest fruit-bearing grapevine in the world. The wine shop connects this remarkable heritage with the work of contemporary Styrian winemakers.
The modern interior showcases more than 200 wine labels from over 50 producers, reflecting the diversity of Styrian wine, from fresh white varieties to more complex wines and sparkling selections. Sommelier-led tastings offer a choice of three or five wines accompanied by selected local bites. Spirits tastings are also available.
A distinctive feature is the 35-metre-long mosaic depicting scenes from Maribor's history and the River Drava. Artworks inspired by the Oldest Vine add another dimension to the space. Located on the renewed riverfront, the wine shop brings together regional wine, local food and one of Maribor's defining historic landmarks.

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
