Njami Sushi

Njami Sushi is a small Japanese sushi bar in the heart of Maribor, where Japanese tradition meets the flavours of the Adriatic.

Our approach is inspired by Edomae techniques, with particular attention to sushi rice, carefully selected ingredients and seasonal fish. Adriatic fish play an important role in our kitchen. We fillet, age and prepare them ourselves, using traditional Japanese techniques.

We also offer omakase – a dining experience in which the sushi chef selects and prepares each piece directly in front of the guest.

On selected Saturdays, we also serve Japanese ramen in limited quantities.
