Bajc Excursion Farm

In Trčova above Malečnik, around six kilometres from central Maribor, Bajc Excursion Farm combines winemaking with traditional local food. Set among the wine-growing hills, the farm offers views over Maribor and Malečnik. Its location provides an introduction to the countryside just beyond the city.

The wine selection includes Riesling, Chardonnay and Yellow Muscat, alongside homemade spirits and liqueurs. Another speciality is herbal syrup made from herbs grown on the farm, used to prepare refreshing lemonades. The food offering features cold-cut platters with homemade cured meats and local cheeses.
