Betnava Adventure Park in Maribor offers six treetop courses of varying difficulty. Climbing obstacles and zip lines provide an active forest experience for children aged three and over and adults. Course access depends on participants’ height and abilities.

May–24 June:

25 June–end of August:
• Daily: 10 am–8 pm.
September:
• Mondays: closed.
• Tuesday–Friday: 3 pm–7 pm.
• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 10 am–7 pm.
October:
• Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the autumn school holidays: 11 am–6 pm.
• 1 November: closed.
Last admission is two hours before closing. Courses close half an hour before the park closes. The park does not operate in bad weather, when courses are wet or in strong winds.
Individuals do not need to book in advance. Groups of 10 or more must arrange their visit beforehand.

• Secondary school and university students: 19,00 € per person.
• Adults: 21,00 € per person.
These prices apply to groups of at least 20 participants. Advance booking is required. The price includes equipment hire, 3 hours of climbing with qualified instructors and exclusive use of the park outside opening hours, with the option of a free extension.
Birthday package with an instructor:
300,00 € for 10 children. Includes a 3-hour climbing programme with an instructor, drinks (iced tea or water), pizzas and dessert. Booking is required at least 10 days before the preferred date.
A route through the treetops
The visit involves tackling climbing obstacles and moving between trees. Individual challenges require balance, coordination and agility, while zip lines connect sections of the courses. The park has 42 obstacles, 10 zip lines and a Tarzan jump.
Before starting, participants receive safety equipment and complete a theoretical and practical briefing. They follow the instructors’ guidance throughout their climb.
Choosing a suitable course
The courses are colour-coded and have different minimum height requirements. Children use courses suitable for their height, while the black course requires good physical fitness. Children up to age 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Preparing for the visit
Sports clothing and closed sports shoes are recommended. Tops should cover the shoulders and trousers should extend below the knees.
The park is located in Betnava Forest at Ljubljanska ulica 128 in Maribor. Its woodland setting provides space for outdoor activity away from the city streets.
