The city in song
The walk visits places connected with the lyrics of Maribor’s musicians. Songs by Lačni Franz, Neca Falk, Pohorje Express and Preporod gain a physical setting and further context for their meaning.
The programme explores images of a city in northern Slovenia, the Drava River and its bridges, alongside the performers’ relationship with Maribor. Lyrics are linked to the places they describe. The provider lists Vid Kmetič as the guide for this walk.
