Koroška is one of the hilliest regions in Slovenia with many forests. The hikers and cyclists have numerous options for planning their tours among the mountains, up the mountains, around them or (literally!) through the mountains. The Peca underground can be passed through by cycling or kayaking. The Drava River is also worthy of a trip, since it is best when discovered on a bicycle or a raft. The green Pohorje is also what connects the Koroška region to Maribor.
