Rožmarin Wine Shop

In central Maribor on Gosposka Street, Vinoteka Rožmarin forms part of the Rožmarin hospitality concept, established in 2006. Its distinctive Bordeaux-style wine chamber sits alongside a contemporary space for tastings and social gatherings. The collection reaches beyond Styrian wines, bringing Slovenian wine regions together with producers from across the world.

The vinotheque holds around 10,000 bottles and more than 1,500 wine labels, ranging from Slovenian varieties to international wines and Champagne. Guided tastings led by a WSET Level 3-trained sommelier explore Slovenia's wine regions or compare Slovenian and foreign wines. Six selected wines are paired with gourmet bites, while guests learn about aromas, wine styles and food pairings.

Connected to Rožmarin Restaurant, the vinotheque also offers a deli selection including cured meats, olive oil and Styrian pumpkin seed oil. Selected wines and delicacies can be purchased to take home. The venue also hosts private gatherings and events.
