Dong Jingming is a bearer of Chinese tradition and a master of the Chinese musical instrument erhu. He is also an innovator, being one of the first musicians to perform European classical music and jazz on the erhu. He explores other musical traditions as well, such as Indian, Arabic, African, and Balkan. Dong has collaborated with many musical giants and performed projects worldwide.
