The Dubrovnik troubadour, who will mark his exceptional 60-year career and his upcoming 80th birthday at the Lent Festival.

With his recognizable vocals and guitar, accompanied on stage by his faithful canine companion – who doesn't know Ibrica Jusić? As a guitarist and singer-songwriter, he made a name for himself back in 1968 at the festival in Zagreb.

He elevated the tradition of French chansons with his authentic original expression, characterized by poetry and intellect, as well as composing on the lyrics of famous poets. Jusić was a trademark of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival for decades, regularly appearing as the organizer of evening concerts on the cliffs, and also preparing solo guitar recitals in the Rector's Palace.

He released his first album in 1975, gaining fame across the Yugoslav music scene with early hits like "Mačka," "Dobro jutro, Margareta," "Ponoć," and "Jubi san vašu ćer."
