Participants learn how to cook a traditional Pohorje desert, they enjoy the cooking competition and train their skills of building the trust, cooperation and team work. Preparation and cooking happen in small groups under the surveillance of the Tisa chefs. The participants take care of preparations and cooking a famous Pohorje desert called Pohorska omleta (The Pohorje omelette), they prepare a presentation of the desert and set the place.
-welcome buffet (blueberry schnapps, croissants, coffee, juice, pastry),
-all the ingredients for the food preparation,
-professional surveillance of the competition,
-tasting of the prepared dishes and a present (an apron).
