The view is beautiful during all seasons – the shape of the road is particularly visible in winter and autumn, while it is embellished by green environment in spring and summer.
There are many stories about the origin of the road; one of them says that “farmers in constructing the road had a few too many and thus made the road curvy, in the shape of a heart. At the farm nearby, they will tell you that the curves are made for practical reasons – to make the ascent less steep. Whatever the truth may be – the result is breath-taking.
